Employee amputates finger when caught by embosser roller
At 1:30 p.m. on September 6, 2018, an employee was inspecting operations at an embosser roller and noticed a rogue piece of material in the unit. The employee reached in to remove it without ensuring the roller had stopped and his right ring finger was caught by it. The employee partially amputated his finger and was hospitalized.
