An employee was working for an automotive parts store when he reported to work ill. The employee's manager sent him and two other coworkers home and directed them to get tested for COVID-19. The employee tested positive for COVD-19 and was admitted to the hospital. The employee died one month later at the hospital at 8:30 a.m. on July 30, 2021, due to COVID-19-related kidney and respiratory failure.
