Employee is killed while removing electrical lighting fixtur
At approximately 12:30 p.m. on April 1, 2017, an employee was removing electrical lighting fixtures and electrical wires. The employee was working in a room while the employer was working on the other side of the wall. The Employer stated that he heard a noise and then he saw the employee on the ground at the bottom of the ladder. The cause of the death was not known.
